Looking for HART-Modbus & HART-Fieldbus Converters - do they exist ?

Hi there

I am looking at market & use of HART-Modbus & HART-Fieldbus converters. We have a HART device and need to offer systems compatible with Modbus and Fieldbus. Can anyone help ?
