DD development

Here we are developing the DD for 375.
we studied all the documents of DD & HART.
we have not attended the any training for this.
we have some source code and according to this we have to develop the DD.

So here we want some help. if u have experience in dd development.

How to start DD development?
what is the upload_variables menu?
how 375/275 writes the configuration parameter?
when it reads the variables or parameter from device?
