I am also using a hart modem and need the 460.8 kHz, very hard to find and I am not successful yet however I got it working by using a 1.8432 MHz crystal the standard inverter to oscillate the crystal, then I put that into a counter and used bit 2 ie a /4. this works great and is using cheap parts however I have size constraints and really want a proper off the shelf crystal they must be available somewhere?
