How to convert DDL code in PDM in binary

hi,
I want to do binary encryption of DDL.Ihave gone through 502 specifications of HART .
there are commands for eg;mkint(tag,int value)which encrypts the integer value in tag which is anumber from 0to 126.But i am unable how to implement with my code in PDM.
please help me.
