There is more to it than just a toolkit. You need the DDL specification as well. And it would be easier if you attended a workshop by the Foundation. We include a copy of the DD-Integrated Development Environment and the DDL specifications with registration.If you are building a HART DD you will need these. Feel free to contact me to discuss.
