There is no VB OCX to communicate with HART devices as it requires low level/hardware level code.
It depends on what you wish to do with the control. IF you wish to read then there are some options like using a free standing OPC Server.If you intend to write to device then you will have to go for AMS or Deltav or Ovation OPC Server.
