HART and PLC analog input cards

I've heard that some Modicon Quantum input modules either supress a HART signal or give eratic readings when HART is on the signal line. This makes it impossible to use your HART handheld to configure the end device.

Does anyone know the details? Which I/O modules? Are there other PLC's with this problem? Allen Bradley, Siemens, etc.?
