Hart and Rosemount 3051C

I am looking for information in using my Mactek modem and 15 multidropped Rosemount transmitters to receive data. I want to be able to write to an ANSII file the address and pressure for each of these transmitters. Is there a software program available or what type of software package would I need to create this program.
