Hi Vinay,
read the physical layer specs, published from HCF. Most of the tests you can do using an digital storage oscilloscope, a HART master program for your computer and a commercial HART modem (already tested). Connect a 300 Ohm resistor to your slave device current loop, hook up the hart modem to the resistor, connect the oscilloscope probe to the resistor. Current amplitudes can be masured using the ohms law,the timing can be measured in storage mode of your oscilloscope (single shot mode, triggered by the master telegram).
