Hi Vinay,

Physical layer testing can be done with the use of HCF physical layer test tool kit

In this tool kit you get
analog filter, digital filter, physical layer modem,and Software for testing
Like testing master- XMTR exe
Testing Transmitter - COMTEST exe

If you are doing qualifing the device with respect to physical layer test spec TEST-2 rev 1.1
there are custom circuts u have to build to do testing. In this case u dont need a Physical layer tool kit

If you are doing qualifing the device with respect to physical layer test spec TEST-2 rev 2.2

In that case there are some circuits which are mentioned in Test document. for that it is better if we buy a physical layer test tool kit from HCF.
